We clean carpet, fix water damage and take care of people’s homes across Middle Tennessee. We need honest, hard-working people who show up on time and take pride in a job done right. No experience needed. We train you.
Ride with the crew, learn the trade, get paid for it
Most days you’ll be in a home or a business with one or two other people from our team. You’ll run the hot-water cleaning machine, move light furniture, treat stains and leave the place better than you found it. Some weeks you’ll help on a water damage job: pulling water out, setting fans and dryers, tearing out wet drywall.
It’s real work. You’ll be on your feet and you’ll get dirty. You’ll also learn a skill that pays, work with people who have your back, and go home every day knowing you did something that mattered to somebody.

Pay depends on the job and what you bring. Do good work and it shows up in your check. Ask Alex about pay when we talk.
No experience needed for technician jobs. We teach you the machines, the chemicals and how to talk to customers.
You work with Alex and a handful of people. Everybody knows your name. Nobody gets lost in the shuffle.
Show up on time. Be honest. Treat every home like it’s your grandmother’s. A valid driver’s license helps a lot.
